Registration INFORMATION
You'll find that it's easy to register your children at HCSS. We're here to help you every step of the way. Pre-registration begins in February for the subsequent school year. We can provide you with an application in our school office. We will gladly answer any questions you may have, and we'll schedule your meeting with our school principal.
Students must be five (5) by September 1 to register for kindergarten. Students entering HCCS for the first time provide a birth certificate, a baptismal certificate, and a current record of immunization. Students in first through sixth grades present report cards of past progress and promotion if transferring from another school.
We accept students in this priority:
- Siblings of students presently attending HCCS;
- Students whose families are registered and active parishioners, who regularly attend Mass at HCCS;
- Catholic students from outside the parish; and
- Other students who by their behavior and attitude demonstrate an acceptance of the HCCS philosophy.
All students who attended school at HCCS the previous school year must register for the subsequent school year. We register students by grade level at a specific time and in alphabetical order.
Parents/Guardians must pay a non-refundable $200.00 registration fee per child at the time of registration. The “FACTS” financial management system utilized by the Santa Fe Archdiocese will automatically withdraw the monthly tuition from your bank account.
Tuition is $3,450.00.
Immunization REQUIREMENTS
At Holy Cross, we want your child to remain healthy and safe. We comply fully with New Mexico state immunization guidelines for all students. Check with your family doctor or call our school office with any questions.
